4. Data Retention
We retain your application data only as long as necessary for the hiring process. If your application is unsuccessful, we may keep your details on file for up to 6 months in case other suitable opportunities arise, after which it will be permanently deleted.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal identification information to others. Your data is viewed only by our internal hiring team.
